We partner exclusively with vetted, top-tier suppliers—including Bellshayce Trading—ensuring every cut of pork and chicken meets strict freshness and inspection standards before entering our plant.
Our best-selling Pork Longganisa, Pork Ham, and Longga Patties are partially cooked in modern mechanical ovens using real wood smoke. This infuses deep, traditional smokehouse aroma while ensuring controlled thermal processing.
Immediately after processing, products are commercial vacuum-sealed to eliminate air exposure and freezer burn, then kept frozen until the moment you reheat and finish cooking—preventing spoilage and guaranteeing consistent quality.
Our 35-strong production team undergoes official Food Handling and Food Safety training conducted by the Municipality of Dumanjug Sanitary Office, operating inside a licensed, FDA-approved facility.
